Baruntse Expedition (7129 meter)

Mt. Baruntse  (7129 meter) Baruntse expedition is an adventure for climbers wishing to summit a 7000 meter peaks in remote Nepal. Baruntse climbing expedition offers a tremendously rewarding climb among the world's highest peaks. It is located just on the south of a croissant of mountain made of Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse on one side and Makala on the other side, at the far northern end of one of the most wild valleys of Nepal, the Hinku valley. From the base camp to the west Cole with its huge glacial plateau, everything will make your ascent exciting. Although its altitude is less than neighbored mountain, you will be in the heart of the mighty Himalayan peaks in front on the renowned Lhotse south face, not far away from Makalu west pillar. Our Baruntse Expeditions approaches the pristine wilderness environment of Hinku valley and Mera La on the way to Baruntse Base Camp.

Expedition Itinerary.
Day 01:
Arrival in Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel (D)
Day 02 - 03: In Kathamandu, Cultural tour, Official procedure and Expedition briefing (B,L,D)
Day 04: Fly to Lukla and trek starts (B,L,D)
Day 05 - 11: Trek to Baruntse Base camp Via Mera La (B,L,D)
Day 12 - 29: Climbing period of Mt. Baruntse 7129m (B,L,D)
Day 30 - 36: Trek back to Lukla from Baruntse Base camp (B,L,D)
Day 37: Fly back to Kathamandu from Lukla (B,L,D)
Day 38 - 39: In Kathmandu / Rest and explore the City (B,L,D)
Day 40: Final departure. (B)

Cost Includes

  1. Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
  2. Trekking Registration Certificate (TRC) fees.
  3. 4 nights Hotel in Kathmandu on B/B BASIS.
  4. Complete camping equipment for trekking & base camp.
  5. Food during trekking and Base Camp for Member & Staff.
  6. Expedition Permit, National Park fee.
  7. One High Altitude Sherpa every 4 members.
  8. One North Face Tent per member for Base Camp
  9. Requird nepali staff.

  12. Flight: Ktm-Lukla -Ktm, for member & Sherpa Staffs.
  13. Cargo: Ktm-Lukla-Ktm.

  15. All ground transportation as per itinerary.
  16. Last Farewell Dinner.
  17. Final departure transfer to airport and assistance for check in flight
  18. Extra night Hotel in Kathmandu US$ 25 per person on B/B BASIS.
