01.
(a) To place for Booking these one
of ours Adventure Trekking Trip you need to send 35%
non-refundable deposit into our company bank account.
(b) If we need your passport copy we
can contact you by e-mail.
(c) To place for booking Tibet, Bhutan,
India, trip per person USD 300 can be drop into the
bank account.
(d) After received your deposit into
our bank account we send your final reference number.
(e) For final balance traveler can
be paid to us upon arrival day in Kathmandu hotel or
in our office. If you not paid the full balance before
the trip run the management reserve the right to cancel
your trip.
(f) When you send the trip deposit
for your trip booking bank service charge client paid
by themself.
(g) We will accept your last minute
booking at the time of 3 days to leave the trip in this
case payment you can pay upon arrival day at our Thamel
city office Kathmandu Nepal.
(h) We accept all international major
credit cards, Visa Master, Meastro, dinner club
solo debit etc if the client paid by Credit
card service charge will be 4%. On the top of total
bill. But it is not our charge, bank charge the card
holder.
02. Cancellation
and changes date etc:
(a) If
the client cancels their own reason 40 % charge for
the deposit money.
(b) If a passenger leaves a trip for
their own reason either if they do violence, not respect
for local areas people any unlawful act if he does these
thing during trip your local guide will not take of
your responsible. Unused portion trip No refund given
back.
(c) if you would like to change the
date for any trekking and any adventure trips. if you
are agent or if you booked your trip your self kindly
informed us in a months advance. if you let us know
less then 5 days deposit will collapse.
3. Transferring
a Booking (Substitution)
Yes it is good question too If you would like to transfer
your booking to your friend and families other colleagues
you can do that but who are taking the trip they have
to pay small local payment. Per portion US$ 199 only.
4. Passport
and Visas
All clients must have a 6 month valid passport for traveling
into Nepal, Tibet Bhutan as well as India part.
Nepalese visas can
be obtained on arrival in Kathmandu Airport with easily
you need to bring with you two copy of passport size
picture each portion. For your Tibet, Bhutan and India
Visa you need to send your passport copy by attached
mail along with passport size photographs. Most of our
package includes Tibet and Bhutan visa fees but it depend
on your dealing with us...
5. Travel
Insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory for travel to the third
world country likewise Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India
you may contact your own home country insurance service
provider company.
6. Health
and Fitness
Our entire adventure trekking trip requires a good level
of fitness; you need to make appointment GP before you
travel Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India.
7. Children
If you are traveling with the under 8 years children
you can tell us during our e-mail conversation
8. Privacy
Skyline Treks & Expedition do not sell and share
your personal details with any third party.
9. Risk &
Liabilities
We are committed to providing the best services with
great value for your money . we perform our duties honestly
& seriously to make your journey as smooth &
pleasant as is possible. However, all of the programs
in Nepal/Tibet/Bhutan are conducted strictly under the
rules and regulation of their own policies.
Therefore Skyline Treks & Expedition (P.) Ltd. and
its related organization shall not be responsible for
any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance
such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage,
flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight,
delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring
there of shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
10. Complaints
If the client faces any complain during their trip you
must let them to know your Trek leader. If he cannot
solve your problem you may contact our Thamel Kathmandu
city office between the opening hrs 09:00AM to 20:00PM.
